At least seven people have been killed following a mid-air collision between two medical helicopters in Arizona, US officials have announced.
A spokesman for the Federal Aviation Administration said three other people are in critical condition after the collision near a Flagstaff hospital.
He said all three people on one of the helicopters were killed. Those victims include a patient and the pilot.
