Marcus Vick, who holds a reputation for being problematic and a bit of a “troublemaker”, has been arrested and charged with Driving Under the Influence, Reckless Driving, Driving with a suspended license, and eluding police. According to police reports, a uniformed bicycle patrol officer observed Vick and a female (Delicia Cordon of Miami, FL; left) involved in an exchange in the car.

When the police officer asked Vick for a driver’s license, police say Marcus Vick sped away and eluded police, but only to be stopped a few minutes later.

Consequently, Vick failed a sobriety test, and was immediately charged with DUI, eluding police, reckless driving and driving with a suspended license. The passenger, Delicia Cordon, was also arrested charged with being drunk in public.

Michael Vick’s little brother, Marcus Vick, was released from the Miami Dolphins in 2007.
