Star Jones is evidently dating chef Herb Wilson. Wilson, the executive chef at Manhattan’s Soho and Tribeca Grand hotels, was spotted with Jones at the 2008 US Open on Tuesday in Queens, New York City.
“This was one of the first times they were out in public together,” a friend of Jones’ tells PEOPLE, after the couple were spotted kissing in the stands at the U.S. Open last weekend. “It’s a new relationship, and he makes her very happy.”
No word on when Chef Herb met Star, but we all know how Jones loves food - so I’m sure it wasn’t hard for the two to meet.
Star Jones was recently separated from her first husband Al Reynolds. Reynolds, of course, has been very public about the break-up including interviews with tabloids and series of YouTube videos.
